Common wedding plan- wedding favors and cards presence

Common wedding plan- wedding favors and cards presence

Many reasons stand at the base of some wedding plans changes. The budget limit is one of them and probably the most important. But also because being in a rush with the planning certain details are considered to be possible to excluded. For example wedding cards and favors- are these indispensable?

Traditionally way of planning the wedding will include these elements. The cards are about each guest place at the table while the wedding favors are intended to be small gifts with two aims: part of the decor, personalized and given as a remembrance of this event and this couple and also a sort of reward for everybody as being present at this special moment in grooms’ life.

But even considering all these aspects many get to have the same question mark: do I have to do favors and place cards for my wedding? Alternatives exist but it will mean to follow the changed plan.

Starting with the wedding favors as a way to exclude these it will mean to have no pretences for receiving gifts at your turn. It is the wedding registry you should think to not make it as long as you don’t give back something. So it is polite after all.

As for the cards there are cards attached to the wedding favors with the grooms names, the wedding date, the signature, etc. These will be excluded but will remain the cards as order to sit at the table, with each guest’s name. If you don’t want to add these then you should have another strategy as each one to know where to sit. One idea will be to ask the groomsmen or/and bridesmaids to do this, to be like the hosts at the entrance and lead each one to the sit.
